Our brief was to refresh the interior of The Vincent Hotel cocktail bar in Southport to create a destinational restaurant offering, which would attract new and existing guests into the hotel.
We previously worked alongside owner Paul Adams on the successful launch of the hotel back in 2008 and were delighted when he invited us back to design his new Asian dining concept.
Inspired by the infused flavours of Asia and the Pacific Rim, the Vincent Pacific offers a vibrant and diverse menu of delectable dishes, which are beautifully crafted by specialist chefs.
Formerly known as The Tony McGee bar, the restaurant holds a prominent location within the hotel, allowing guests and residents to be transported from the reception area into an alluring dining space.
Our design team created a sophisticated and opulent interior with bespoke elements designed to reflect the refined character connected with the Vincent brand.
A striking open kitchen area illuminates the overall restaurant space complete with an array of dedicated counter seating, offering diners the chance to experience an exciting sense of culinary theatre.
The space is furnished with a blend of relaxed lounge seating and traditional dining chairs complimented by cooper-accented tables and ornate lighting sculptures.
Sparkling tones of turquoise reminiscent of the exotic islands of the Pacific Rim adorn the walls of the restaurant, injecting a calming and elegant ambience into the space.
