Le Cassoulet is Malcolm John's newly opened French Bistro in South Croydon. This traditional French Bistro concept is warm and welcoming with vivid burgundy colours, velvet-backed chairs and striped banquettes comparable to an old-fashioned French Restaurant. It has the potential to be the perfect neighborhood restaurant according to Terry Durack from the Independent.
