The brief was to create an exciting, atmospheric and truly all-day dining experience. The ground floor was knocked through to create a large dining and bar area. The staircase to the basement has been opened up with feature lighting and textured walls. Natural brickwork and the clever use of mirrors have been used to both floors however the basement, although the same colour mix, has a deeper palette with added tones of green, gold and rich mahogany. The toilets have a “spa” feel about them with their rough-hewn granite walls which is intensified by infinity mirrors. Externally, large front windows can be opened up to one side to allow for summer dining.
