Upper Gardner Street
This new build residential complex is located in the heart of the Brighton North Laine's district. Construction was completed in July 2005 and internally comprised one 3-storey town house and three self-contained apartments. Each dwelling within the complex was provided with a private external terrace. These were screened with bespoke angled cedar slats to avoid both overlooking onto neighbouring properties and maintain a good level of natural daylight penetration into the interior spaces.
