Princess Marina House
Design LSM were approached by the Contractor J R Tasker in early 2008 to prepare designs for a new entrance canopy for the RAF Benevolent Society site at Princess Marina House, Rustington, West Sussex.
The existing residential care home property had already undergone a recent and major £3million refurbishment programme and attention now turned to creating a more inviting and contemporary approach sequence for RAF members and visiting family members.
The design has been well received by the management team at Princess Marina House and is currently being approved by the Board of Trustees before proceeding to competitive tenders. Subject to obtaining full planning permission, construction is likely to commence in late 2008.
