Sea Lane
This private residential project was completed in November 2006.
The area of the new extension was originally occupied by a dilapidated sun room/ conservatory which linked to the kitchen area of the main house.
The design concept was to create a new kitchen and entertainment space with a clean, light and contemporary feel. Importantly, it had to have a physical connection with the garden area.
The extension was constructed in timber frame and clad externally with solid Iroko hardwood. External walls are constructed from recycled bitumen impregnated boards and blown recycled newspaper insulation.
