Amano
Amano is a distinct and eclectic restaurant chain focusing on front of house preparation and open cooking with a view to making customers become part of the dining experience. The interior concept within the Northwick Park development was built around the existing raw concrete shell and core of the building favouring exposed air conditioning ductwork and exposed concrete finishes.
There are three main dining occasions within the restaurant, grab & go, pizza oven area and open barbecue. These three occasions are articulated along a functional edge designed using American walnut slats and birch ply veneer. The main feature ceiling and resin floor are playful design additions to the space, which provide organic sweeping lines with golf themed overtones and assist in anchoring the Amano brand within the golfing complex itself.
