The Restaurant Group appointed us to create a new deli brand that would appeal to all ages, including name generation and retail identity. The original concept was implemented in The Glades Shopping Centre, Bromley, with the second in Borough, South East London. The warehouse aesthetic of each interior has been designed to appeal to all segments of the demographic market.
