Following a long-standing relationship with established hospitality group, Searcys, DesignLSM were appointed to redesign and evolve the brand’s iconic Champagne Bar at St Pancras International - a popular Grade I Listed train station within King’s Cross, Central London.
Reimagining this hospitality destination - Europe’s longest Champagne Bar, the concept spotlights the brand’s heritage in Champagne and gastronomy, with a touch of indulgence.
Design inspiration
Executing a glamorous appearance that befits the stunning Grade I Listed architectural surroundings, the concept draws inspiration from the prestigious heritage of the Searcys’ brand, complimented with a modern twist that plays into the historic adventures, romance and excitement associated with rail travel.
Design outcome
The carefully curated revamp heralds a new era for St Pancras Champagne Bar. With opulent surroundings, the design sees an integration of modern design and technology to elevate the drinks and dining destination, as well as harmonising with the recently refurbished Brasserie.
Wanting to put more prominence on their signature drink, the gold glistening 'Press for Champagne' buzzers were placed on tables create an immersive and luxurious experience, hosting the perfect place to enjoy a tipple or two with friends and family.
