As part of The Restaurant Show talks programme on Wednesday 29, DesignLSM’s MD, Holly Hallam, will be be joining the panel discussion ‘Better by Design: Planning your restaurant space‘ with our guest, Massimo Montone (Restaurant Keys Ltd).
‘Now more than ever, eating out is all about the experience. But great food and service only go so far: to win diners over a restaurant’s design must be outstanding too. In this lively session we talk to top designers working on the restaurants of tomorrow to chat sustainability, incorporating home delivery and how the pandemic has shaped the sector.’
