Starwood Capital have appointed DLSM Studio (formally DesignLSM) to transform the interiors of the front of house spaces for Bond Street Hotel, a centrally located hotel in the heart of London.

Developing a striking hotel interior design that aligns with the modernised aesthetics that are being implemented within all the guestrooms, the client is looking to drive commercial opportunities and enhance the overall guest experience.

Areas within our remit include lobby, bar, lounge, WCs, breakfast room (restaurant) and circulation spaces.

The project is due to be completed in 2026, along with two other properties we are delivering for the client (Bloomsbury Street Hotel and Mercer Street Hotel).
